So you must be "loading the boat", at these levels?

Juanly:

"I've watched all this happen before with other stocks. Some, yes, have folded. Others were beaten down to under a penny and within a relatively short time (a matter of weeks) were over $1.00. I'm not forecasting either of the above scenarios for PGHI. But I've seen them happen."

Please name the companies that did that. with 325 Million shares outstanding or whatever it will come too, they need to make a Net Income of 50 - 100 million dollars.

Hey, Juanly, Good luck with that 1 dollar theory. Thats good that someone is sticking up for this company, because I think your the only one.

Scov.

"If I were the CEO, I think that I would think about suing at least a couple of you on here for libel."

Have you ever wondered why that never happens?

It is because
A) Disclosure goes both ways
B) You will attract much unwanted attention

Figure it out from there.......

Promoters and CEOS tend to get into trouble with the law not critics.

Juanly,

Here's what I wonder. With all of the accusations made against the PHGI management- accusing them of scamming, diluting, etc. why haven't our very unhappy "shareholders" retained Schubert & Reed LLP or whomever to initiate a class action lawsuit? The posts would certainly incidate that they believe they have grounds.

Could it be that they aren't really shareholders?
Could it be that they know they're just blowing smoke?
Could it be that they know they'd get blown out of the water?

Just wondering...........
