Great question.. From what i can tell so far is that optibase had acquired Media 100, now media 100 is operating under them and Boris FX

Doing more digging to get a definitive answer on were the shell (MDEA) fits in with all of this.

that means its undervalued here,most people dont get their news by going to co. website,they get it elsewhere like yahoo,ihub,wire or other websites.
i still think we are going north!

Its appears that media 100 is now a private company operating under Optibase ltd (nasdaq company) and Boris FX, (private company).. thats why i think the press release is on the web site only.
