I got caught in RSDS crap myself! Bought the PR stating the 504 was coming to an end, but they didn't quit diluting at all. Thought it was gonna be another ETIM or IPRE move, but they continued to dilute. That was a new one for me. Since then other companies have tried the same gimmick, PDVP and a few others. That's some shady stuff. You know all these folks on I-Hub rampaging against so-called "pumpers," why don't they save some vitriol for the shady CEO's pumping out lying PRs.
