actually after reading the filings thoroughly, its apparent all business having to do with Russia potential is off the shelf,and they are focusing on this latest LOI in the 8-K. Settlement possible in December. Insider ownership is 65/95 ratio, but only .0095 was paid for that.. myself I will wait on an update.. unless it hits the bargain bin first.
