I disagree whole heartedly!! I don't know what was said in those e-mails but in my eyes it takes no guts to sit hidden at a keyboard and shoot poison pen (keyboard) messages to someone. Asking questions or expressing one concerns can certainly be done with respect and in an adult manner.
The kind of people that shoot poison pen letters are keyboard bullies that probably don't have a backbone unless they remain anonomous!!!
