Yes, that is good news. I believe that there has been much speculation, and may I dare say, some correct assumptions early on, that I think they may want to keep this under wraps until a PR is released. So, I believe they changed the name back to Tidalwave until a PR and/or filing are released to confirm.

It is appropriate to change the address to Meuse because he is currently the majority shareholder of 88% before it is turned over to the company they are reverse merging with.

I'm looking forward to the PR folks! GLTA!

I believe they were correcting filings that had been filed incorrectly. If you look at the filing below, the name change filing was rejected. There are filings now missing that were filed under the name HOLLUND INDUSTRIAL INC. The missing filings should not have been there if the name change was rejected. They are probably correcting filings. Also, CLAUS WAGNER-BARTAK is now missing from the filings. Somebody got ahead of themselves with their filings.
