I don't want to steal Brians thunder, but with a R/M, a new share structure is almost certain, Brian can expound in a few minutes, but we shouldn't panic, fair value will be recognized at any A/S. A R/S with no revenues is certainly disaster, but with good revenues could actually be a good thing.
