Wrong. The people on this board own more than the entire float. These AH prints over the last several months are in volume approaching THE ENTIRE FLOAT. Since you seem confident in your statement, explain to me how a company can dilute with shares equal to nearly the entire float when the entire float is and was already owned?

I know I just posted about this but, damn guys, open your eyes please. If we saw AH prints of 500k or even 1mil over a period of time then, yeah, you might have a valid argument that it could be the company issuing free trading shares into the market. But the argument does not stand when we see this nearly DAILY and for a total of 15 to 20mil shares (estimate)! Sorry, doesn't work. So, please, before coming onto this board and making the as fact statement of "These after hour trades are dilution - seen it a hundred times" do a little research or at least reading about the subject at hand.

IF they are dilution (so far, it definitely LOOKS that way), it is not necessarily the company per se. It could be a holder of formerly restricted shares who has decided to liquidate, and the company is not receiving any of the proceeds. Whatever it is, it is definitely a buying opportunity for those who want shares, and agonizing for those holding who paid much more and would have liked to be buying now rather than earlier at much higher prices...

Walker, I hope you are wrong, but as far as I am concerned, I have to consider it a possibility, especially since Anderson's credibility - in my opinion - is waning with each passing day.
