DUDE, the buyout has been explained OVER AND OVER. It wasn't a buyout, it was an infusion of news funds. It's a good thing that TFN DIDN'T GET BOUGHT OUT. That way BKMP still owns a portion of TFN during thier global expansion.

Simple, I choose to listen to him rather than say "a poster", because ,quite simply, he's all we got right now. If you choose not to believe him ,then fine its your right. I will make sure my correspondence from him doesnt reach you so you wont have wonder whether it's accurate or not.
