FYI, it was lawyers that advised RPH to unwind the merger, and abandon the shareholders. He would not do that...most would. Indeed, the people shorting this fully expected RPH to walk away...in fact they were counting on it. RPH doesn't need lawyers representing him...he knows the securities laws better than any lawyer I've seen, ( he may have advisers he bounces off of )...if you want to get things done properly, do you it yourself! No way would I trust a lawyer to get us out of this. CSHD must be represented by a lawyer, but in the case against him, he does not require one....when he clears himself, he will clear the company IMO.
