Thanks ITGuy and I just got off the phone with Paul myself and can verify what you just posted.

Everyone...this was just the first of a few PR's to be released around the licensing... more will be explained very shortly, since not everything could possibly be included in a single PR.

Management is looking out for shareholders best interest and you will understand that as more PR's are released in the very near future. Allie

Thanks ITGuy, that is very important information. Especially the fact that 120 million is a significant number of shares and SWARM can still be licensed to other parties.

ITGuy re:Responses from Paul, your items 2 and 3 have the capability of adding significant value to the SPZI PPS. And then there is revenue for licensing. My belief is SPZI management will make the best deals possible and get the technology earning money for us.
