From Paul's email today, it seems like Spooz might find itself in a bit of an awkward situation when trying to sell software solutions to brokerages if they were competing for these brokers' business by running SWARM in house for investors.
I see the need to raise capital. But I don't think the insiders of our company provide that capital, do they? Why do they seem to get preferential treatment compared to the other shareholders of our company? I suspect the real motive for this is to "steal" a large part of the profits that rightly belongs to SPZI.
