If my memory serves me correct, I never recall Schrull saying that OBO-1 was a company maker for anyone, what I recall is that Schrull said as an employee of Addax, at an Addax presentation to investors that Addax's rights in blks 2,3 and 4 would prove to be a company maker for Addax. I could be wrong, but I never remember Schrull ever discussing OBO-1 results as a CVX employee to anyone, let alone saying OBO-1 results were a company maker, as far as CVX is concerned the only public comments made from anyone working at cvx is that they found commercial grades of oil and further study was needed.
