completely agree

need to consider expected net income of the company in looking at O/S. I think we're looking great, based on calcs done previously on this board and my own calcs.

As an example, let's estimate a share price based only on STv2 subscriptions

Let's say they get 5000 high end traders using this puppy by January, loaded w/ the add-ons, at ~$600 per month

5000 customers x $600/month-customer x 12 months would give revenues of $36 mil per year

Applying a .33 profit margin (I think this number will increase as the launch gains momentum) gives us $12 mil net income per yr, which equates to about .009 cents per share.

Next, don't forget the P/E ratio, which just might be screaming high for an emerging company, but we'll use a conservative value of 10, resulting in a final share price of 9 cents.

Now this does not consider SWARM and any deals.

just my opinions, not investment advice

good luck

Exactly, fed, the OS is not really an issue especially since the trading industry is a multi trillion dollar market.

With the unique opportunity Spooz has with their trading solutions...it translates into multiple revenue sources, and so the OS will not be an issue.

That's an excellent example with Coke and there are other companies out there too.

I guess what people here need to try to see is the incredible revenue potential Spooz has. allie

OS in itself is not relevant. Only when combined with earnings does it paint the picture that dictates PPS. The question is will Spooz's earnings be great enough to give us a PPS we are dreaming about. A fair question. Based on prior projections we should do very well. However things have changed on how this will roll out and I am no longer sure what modified projections would be now. But IMO it is likely to be greater not less. Maybe a little slower than originally thought. It will take time for them to fully develop the potential of this tech. But it seems apparent that the possibilities will be much more far reaching that our minds can speculate on now. Although many of you are doing a bang up job with hyour "what-ifs". If it reaches just a portion of what we think it can we will profit greatly.

Sure is hard waiting though...

Exactly.

Here's a few more to consider:

Company OS
msft 9.4B
ibm 1.4B
intc 5.8B
csco 6.1B
mcd 1.2B
mrk 2.2B

And at some point in time, every one of those companies was a startup with no guarantee of success.

Forgive my ignorance, I am new to this game.

Unless I am mistaken, Paul has stated that there are investors willing to inject a substantial amount of money into Spooz. What are the options open to the company to make this happen? Does it necessarily mean they have to release more shares? I would love to see $57 a share from Spooz, and am not really concerned with how it happens.

That being said, I too am getting a bit antsy from the silence, I only have 500k shares, and have seen a substantial gain already. I am only human and have been second guessing myself but am determined to stay the course (still doesn't stop the doubts creeping in from time to time)

As I said, I am new to this game but would like to thank Cent et al for not only posting charts but also educating those unskilled in the art of what they are seeing and linking to resources on what to look for.

300% does seem a bit optimistic, but history has a funny way of repeating, and I hope it will many times over. I can't fault anyone for being a bit skeptical, a healthy dose will allow you to walk away when the time is right for you, but I don't see the need to characterize anyone with a dissenting opinion as a basher. I have been trying to educate myself on the nuances of trading and this board has been very helpful in supplying advice and resources. Thanks for that.

It is fine to dream big dreams, but let's keep one foot on the ground. Silence may be golden, but PR is platinum.
