Scrooge..Hard as it is to believe Russia is the wild card in the oil play now....They are refusing to reduce production and telling the OPEC nations to shove it... They have also told G. Bush if OPEC tries to play games with the US oil supply that they will be happy to sell us all the oil we need.
Soooooooo we shall see......OPEC has had the US by the balls long enough and now that we are supporting Russia with hugh foreign aid $$$$$$ Maybe this gamble will finely pay off.
