I look at Tom's back round and training. I would think he new a lot about what he bought. As stated I have looked at this from drvw days. Hell of a pile of stuff to clean up. Look at all the filings. When we started to dig into this I said I would need legal advice to sort it out. I believe Tom wants this as clean as he can get it. JMO
