I think they are doing all they can and sometimes things just do not go as planned.

Why didn’t they tell us? They have by saying we went to China, (Pr) The trip went well,(town hall) We retained a lawyer who specializes in mergers securities etc, (today’s Pr). It is all there just follow the roadmap. I don’t know but maybe there is some truth to that months ago failed buyout.

Anyone who has kids and who did a long trip can relate to “Are we there yet” and the parents pulling their hair saying just another… just another…. Etc.. etc..
I think the frustration came to the top with our “are we there yet” questions and them saying just another… just another…. Etc.. etc..

I think the rewards are there once we reach our destination however hopefully we wont get any flat tires or too many delays along the way. Winters has always said 12 to 18 months. He has been at his post 9 months now. Give the man the time he needs and that he projected for.

The China deal is done, or at least one of them. Michael sent me an email and told me that it's happening and that by Christmas we should all be very happy. Well, here is his quote;

"I will tell you that this ASIA deal is happening. It may be a NICE NICE Christmas surprise but its a REAL DEAL! I think it will be sooner then that!"

Want to know why the PPS is at .0001 and .0002? Michael's comments about a certain person, I have XX'ed out the name to protect the guilty;

used one of those deep discount companies to sell his restricted EFGO stock. That drove the price down and they covered. Whose stock they covered with I dont know ? WE JUST DONT KNOW!!! It broke our heart as we work 12 to 18 hour days for this!!!!!!

Look, several 500 mm days plus 400 mm days from 4 new market

Stock rebounds back to 0003 or 0005 that investor still has his stock plus all the profit from XXXXX?!! If you look at the history of GVHL you will see that XXXXX pulled the same stunt on GVHL
and reversed the stock in 04!

This company will rebound!!! They have lived and learned. They are trying their darndest to make it happen for us and are on the verge of a MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT!!! Get the 2's while you can, I have bought all that I possible could have and will add ASAP.

GV, this Michael cat has said a lot of things that have yet to transpire. I won't believe a thing that guy writes until I see it proven. That's not saying I don't think we won't eventually be successful, but this management team has displayed its ineptness way, way more times than it has shown intelligence, your boy Michael included.

The pinksheet check mark status was the last straw for me as far as breaking promises goes. That failed promise and the rest of managements excuses for lack of signed contracts has caused me to doubt and question anything they say. Going forward, anything they blabber or do will have to be proven before any trust will be reinstilled in this mismanagement team.

1. Chang
2. A friend of Garr's
3. Winick
4. 504 shareholders
5. Restricted shareholders from 2006
6. Service providers paid in stock
7. A large shareholder who assigned his stock to a hedge fund
8. A couple of shareholders who didn't like the words, "Tango" and "Renu"
9. Competitors buying high and selling low
10. Big short @ VFIN

There are more, but you get the point.

Isn't it amazing that going on 7 months now, there are always one or two individuals holding this stock down? If we could just clear them out, this stock would bust loose!

Nice again GoVols. So you had that information for a while and didn't tell anyone? Let's see, you are saying this happend maybe weeks ago? Yet, as of yesterday, we just retained legal council in China. Fantastic! Another deal made with no legal representation.

Regardless, I hope you plan works. I'm ready to sell out and put my money to work somewhere based on fundamentals, not fiction.
