in order for that to mean anything we need to trust management.the time to r/s the a/s was the last r/s,not now when its just wind.

Yep See how easy it was for the BOD the vote on this restriction of shares to 100,000,000. Also remember that the board could vote that off at anytime. Without an official reduction of Authorized shares this will always be possible.
