Yea, but I think it is trying to consolidate around the 9.30-9.70 area. Looks like it has been trying to do this for a few days now.

Look for an updated hourly chart sometime this evening. I think that the price has fallen out of the rising channel that I drew. I don't think that means we go back down to the 8.80 level. IMO, I think it means we consolidate here and then move up to the 10 level.
