Do you not see that you are at fault? You squatted on his domain name. Obviously, you wanted some form of compensation for it, regardless if it was just a pat on the back saying "nice job". I don't blame Tom one bit. You made him take time out of his schedule to deal with this, now you're pissed off cause he reacted in the only manner that is realistic, have the courts settle it. Unless you had that Domain name prior to you ever hearing about Seaway, or had a company named the same thing, your actions are the cause of this.
