Stockminder, Dan said the PR today (or premarket tomorrow) will be about the confirmed acquisition of the Russian mine.
Also, he said the new share structure (retirement of the 132 million shares) can be confirmed with the TA tomorrow morning.


Basically, he was just deciding on whether to do 2 PR's (one acquisition today...one share retirement tomorrow), or to just have one big PR (both acquisition and share retirement in one) tomorrow.

He apologized for the delay, but he said the lawyers had to go over it very thoroughly to make sure everything was all set. He said he has been very busy with the New Mexico project too.

I feel so much better.
