Yes, but I don't think it is a good "hit" on the search bookum and I did. I know from past experience...the Citizen-Times search engine pulls up any and every article that has even one of the names you put in...i.e. you can put in FM's full name....and the Citizen-Times search will spit out every Frank that was ever mentioned.....even Frank Smith for example....when you specifically asked for FM. That is why I don't trust their online search section.....rarely has it given me what I needed in this type of situation.....weird. That is also why there may not even be anything in the paper at all on this, if you see what I'm getting at.
I think I'll just follow the court records and see what happens. May not be much to it anyway....but guess we'll know by mid-November anyway. The APD link bookum pulled up http://www.ashevillenc.gov/departments/police/police_services/default.aspx?id=3454 ----you can request police records and they will send them to you if you enclose a stamped, self-addressed envelope. You'd probably also need to include the info on the second line in the link below. I think I'm going to sit on it....but if anyone is interested....I have given you plenty of info.
