Iknow nothing about the company we are merging with . I do know Mellone seemed excited to put his contractors expertize back to use and be part of building a international resort per the plans of the Merger. This is only one of about 20 stocks I own and I just don't have the time to do RPDI DD nonstop especially when the company seems to be making moves that need for me and others to allow them to put out critical information( which they haven't) so we can all see whether this is an investment that still has the appeal it has had in the past...SB
