You have it wrong.
You claim they had assets ... so prove they did.

Loftwerks went private and took the assets with them. Ammerman and such have been sued by john Chandler and have lost, the one building is being sold and he is going after any other assets he can. If SLJB has any he may well go after them also if there is not enough to cover the judgement.
