Of course you know that 16,000 tons is a lot of tons for this year. Given the mill is only running 6 or so months for this year we can turn over 100 tons/day and still be under that number. Depending on the grading we may do over 8000 ounces. You won't find many juniors doing those types of numbers. On the permitting the question you should have asked is how a typical application is filed. My understanding is it is one big submittal not pieces. I guess we will see but really even if it takes 6 more months it has no real impact. On the mill question I think you are mistaken and it is fully permitted and can take in other mines material and process that if they want to earn extra cash.
