No, as I've said before, carefully read their Quarterly report. They only committed to LAUNCH in September. Not one single word was said about them releasing any kind of PR associated with that launch.

Here it is again. Please note the precise facts NO COMMITTMENT TO ANY PR ANNOUMCEMENT IN SEPTEMBER. Only to LAUNCH.

Next, the following link attests to the fact that SpoozToolz has been made available. In that it is September and SpoozTools is officially available as per their web site, they have self evidently delivered on the committment they made. Here's that link:

and the exact statement from that page is: "SpoozToolz is currently only available to select proprietary trading firms."

Note that this is unquestionably a present tense verb. SpoozToolz is currently available. Present tense.

As such, to continue this inaccurate drumbeat that repeatedly asserts that Spooz needs to announce this week or they are not living up to what they have committed to is FUD.

It is a stated fact on their web site at the link above that SpoozToolz IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. It is also a documantable fact at the pinksheets link given above that they never committed to do any more than launch in September. It is thus not true that they need to PR anything this week.

The statement you made in your post is therefore incorrect. You stated, and I quote: "If Spooz honor their own statement, they will need to release a PR next week as it is the last week of Sept as they are supposed to release within that timeframe." They web site says that SpoozToolz is CURRENTLY available. As such, they have honored thier committments precisely.

With all due respect, my friend, you are simply not right.
