i have been suspecting that dean has been holding off on india news, waiting on telnor...just a hunch..

a one-two punch would be a very good thing..the india news isnt going to be a roll out..just a signed contract news with facts about the company, their size, what product they are buying, how the roll out will go etc...

i dont know how long he can sit on india news without releasing it..maybe thats why he went to mexico..
