Bonga it was Kinross, They had massive after hour buying last night and Bloomberg reports that they will increase production
60% within the next 18 month time frame. There board has no idea why!

BUT announcing joint-venture with Kinross BEFORE audited financials & sec filing would allow AURC's PPS to move much higher toward fair market value and NASDAQ's share-price minimum requirement.... and thereby FACILITATE AURC's possible move to NASDAQ in such a scenario...

I think it would be difficult for AURC to meet NASDAQ's share-price minimum requirement without announcing beforehand a joint venture with a well-known major mining company... (imo)
