bochelle, RSHN is the "brand owner" of eWater;
Technically, it means that they only own the name despite those here who want to argue and assume that they own the product and the profits as well. Also, the 100% ownership was in the same PR as the 62.5% of "net revenue" from the CEO's private company, which you should believe either because it is a PR. Lastly, If the PR was true about RSHN actually having the rights to anything, the $$$ stay in the company (one-man Nevada corp) and are not passed on to the shareholders.
