a reverse merger - been looking in Florida for Brain Sher. One of the first things that come up is an anti-aging clinic. Trying to dig up some more.

Shell was reinstated after being dormant for almost 7 years. Annualy filing on the 19th of this month. Now the 15-12G. Looks like its getting ready IMO.

o/s last filing was 8.8 million. now that is a nice share structure IMO!
