Form 15 isn't routine. UDSG effectively deregistared from filing. I just don't understand why they would do that if they are in the process of doing audited financials.
For the first 10 months of last year they lost an average of 100k a month. If they are now making money, why not at least file unaudited financials?
As far as the buyback, I don't believe everything I read in a PR. If the O/S and the float were reduced, we should be seeing an increased pps.
I still think UDSG has a good business model. I speak from experience as I spent a few years in a management position for a major fast food company. I took another position in this stock in early March of this year. So I would like to see the company succeed. I just think they are spending way too much money on tout sheet advertising.
I can't say for certain they are diluting. It's just my opinion. I suppose one could call the TA to see if the share structure has changed, providing the TA is not gagged.
