I know Tophat can defend himself, but I don't see how giving Lex questions to ask can be misconstrued as statements of fact.

Why are you not critical of Lex when he posts that Clayton is selling when all the evidence available shows he's just registered them again? Why are your critical thinking skills turned only on those who have a general positive feeling about the future of this stock?

Harsh, very good and insightful. I agree with much you said.

I would add two further things.

1. Badge put it this way: trust but verify. Messages boards are no place to do this.
2. Time. One must take time with the primaries to know their character and integrity, their honesty and committment, their nature and ability. I have spent days doing this. I am at peace with my decision. In addition, I continue to be strengthened in my decisions as time passes.
