That probably has alot to do with staying in the low .02's. MM's have all these buy orders for .02-.025 cuz of course everyone wants the best price they can get. But at the same time it puts downward price pressure on a stock. Can MM's create their own sells to move the price down to make lower sell orders kick in so to speak??
