It is not an order. It is obvious you have never sold or handled business with a major fotune 500. It is an RFQ. You cannot even mention it as a sale unless you have a P.O.
then it can be counted as a sale then when it is delivered it or completed it can be considered revenue on the books. When ST says it is an order he is mis representing the facts. Also i checked with someone that knows the law an according to them he has to have a disclosure if he is paid by the company. Ask an institutional investor if this is sale and if they would invest on just RFQs. I do not think so. Ask some smart investors that handle major investing for corporations. Then come back to me. I just want the company to obey the laws and give us some earnings and guidance not just request for quotes. If you think that will move the stock you are dreaming. I have a big position in the company and they need to clean this problem up. Also why do you think the stock has held up so well. It is my view that the promoters have helped to keep it up for the 144 sellers while telling us how great the stock with great buying is coming in, you don't need to worry about the fundmentals when it breaks support and etc. Think about it. this dead money until we get earnings, guidance, and gets off the pk sheets. One thing the Iceman is right about and probably the only thing is it will be next year when it gets listed on the AMEX. For the Russian stock exchange well they have a meeting at the end of the month. So if they work at their usual pace that would probably mean next yr it gets listed on their exchange. Wake up and smell the roses - not from the Iceman or ST. Dead money until next yr. I hope I am wrong but has anything come true from the promoters that do not disclose their positions. Please make me a list and send it to me all of the rest on this board. If they have you should be able do it right after you recieve this email. And about my positions please give me your flight # to SFO and I will pick you up and we can review my Scottrade accounts. I sold 4k shares today and invested them and made good money. At least I am disclosing what I am doing.
