It is good some is starting to realize that earnings are important and good news like hard orders could move this stock. A technical request or as I call is an RFQ Request for Quotation is not a hard order. I am not the best reader in the world I am surprised that ST called it an order. Is that more spin. He is a technical person from what I know and has probably been on technical projects like I have for 20 yrs. A request for an order is different from a Purchase Order with dates to deliver. This again is a slight spin and the reason he needs to put a disclosure on everything he prints here and any where else. I had a discussion with the company on this issue. I told them a dislosure when writes would help the company with a link showing the positions of restricted shares & personal positions. In my opinion and it needs to be checked with the legal people they might be violating the SEC rules. I have no problem with his inputs but he needs have a disclosure with every postings. He is being paid by the company. I due believe they will look into. If not I will contact the SEC to see the rules on a paid promoter from a company without a disclosure statement. With a disclosure we can then make our judgement on what he says in a fair manner.
