It is easy to manipulate a penny stock. trading $70K a day it would only take 15-20K to move it where you wanted it IMO. I don't that matters too much becasue the charts show this thing is heading up. I guess it doesn't matter the reason, just the fact its aligned perfectly for a run is all that matters to me.
