I would be interested in reading through Aeritas' patents
According to their website:

It appears their main focus is mobile tickets and coupons. As opposed to using a camera phone to scan a 1D or 2D code to connect directly to the mobile Internet -- ala NeoMedia's patents.
They could have an effect on Gavitec, Mobiqa, and other mobile ticketing companies.
