I was assuming progas would supply the contracts for fuel and since that is not happening there was no point in keeping the outlets.(I'm not even sure about the progas story) In the event of BK they hold more weight than the common. Granted there may be nothing left, but I don't think it will happen. As for the divis, some people did get them and I know that as fact. The others claiming they are due and didn't get one I have no idea if they even did the preferred deal. There is a master plan here. I'm just not sure where we fit or need to be at this point.
