oil....it's called MM manipulation.....plus the company is probably dumping shares.....the volume is low (little interest in the stock).....
as a matter of fact, the MM's don't even have to manipulate the stock at this point in time.....the supply of shares is "unending".....and, there is just about no interest in this issue (low volume).....the low volume alone would push down the PPS.....
after this goes to 4 decimal places, they will reverse at about .0002.....so that will re-set the PPS and they can dilute again.....my guess is 500 or 1000 to 1......
that's what they do !!!!!
