And so few known facts may be why it traded at a penny today. Why are there so few known facts, didn't the CEO say that transparency was important to him?

And a couple of the items you listed as facts I believe are still just intentions (re: OTCBB acquisitions).

It is a fact that Mr. Beebe stated he is only interested in buying a clean shell. It is a fact that Renovo is not one. But he's buying it anyway, as stated in your list of facts?

Mr. Beebe stated he intended to buy another OTCBB shell as well, do his intentions qualify as facts in your book?

Like the 38 full time employees that he reported to you a year ago, and you reported in your blog, was that a fact?

Regards.

With all due respect to all my short friends here, decided to grab a nice chunk of those .011's.

Because I'm often misquoted by some misrepresenting bloggers, I'm specifically not recommending anyone else buy and I'm in here with eyes wide open. I've made my comments very clear as to what I think the company should do to enhance the share price. Insider buying has been one recommendation followed, but it's clear here, that credibility is extremely low and this is priced now as if it were a scam and that nobody believes there is any substance behind it.

The percentage of negative posts is very high and many of us contrarians use this just as many use the presence of boards on the "hot lists" that are largely "to the moon" posts as times to sell.

Best of luck to all, irrespective of whether you are long, short, or sitting on barbed wire.

"we don't know what the float is."

PQL, I heard from a (I thought) reliable source just last week that you did have the float information. Was that source just mistaken, or purposefully misleading?
