Well what it needs it just strong bidders at .0008. Moving up to .0008 with small orders is worse than opening up a bid to buy with some substance. Folks tend to raise the bid with a 25k buy but if that gets hit - it just shows no real bid support as of yet. Right now there is plenty of bid support at .0007 - it will change to .0008 with lack of sellers.
