Gee, the audio version I heard on Armstong and Getty this am, sounded like the TASR use was an inappropriate use of the product. So what the guy was a jerk and disrupting an event. He should get tasered for that? It didn't sound like he was a danger to anyone.

between all of them they couldn't restrain an unarmed college kid without resorting to a weapon?
