Also, prowl (and algore) are supposed to be in the
clean-burning, carbonless, "alternative energy" business.

Considering the 6-month-long-per-year typhoon double-season,
everywhere in the Philippines, prowl should be harvesting
their over-abundance of wind (and hot air) power.
