I cant remember who or where.... but someone posted that Oct 15 will be a wash if the sec does not inforce it (like now).... they will have to pick two or three OUTRAGEOUSLY shorted stockes and NAIL them to cover..... therefore making the other MM's piss themselves that this is REAL, and then the rest will fall in line with no doubt... but this action ALL rests SOLY in the hands of the SEC..... why cover if your not forced to!
