Hasn't it been mentioned on the board that the drug must be approved by FDA by June 2008? It's still in testing? If so, this can hardly work.
Honestly, I have no clue what these "rights" are about and how the mechanism behind it works, but if anybody is speculating about an FDA approval of an oncology drug (if I am not mistaken) by June 08 that hasn't been submitted yet and is still in testing, then you better pray for priority review which usually takes 6 months. So, until end 07 this thing needs to be submitted, otherwise, no chance...
As said, I have no clue what this is about, so if I am wrong, please let me know.
