it is a difficult bit of info to read

i assumed the o/s went from Par Value Shares: 100,000,000 to Par Value Shares: 10,000,000

For some reason I was under the impression the o/s was 100 million and the a/s was 110

well, planisol still showing up as the name - maybe it has something to do with not having a new cusip number or ticker yet to apply the new name to

hoping to get an update on either otcbb.com/marketwatch or the dailylists tomorrow afternoon
