What dilution? NO ONE has any proof that is what is happening. IF Cornell was dumping shares like before we would be below .02 at this point.

Time issue till 8-ks. They probably also are beginnig to smell the stench of something being amiss here. I haven't been able to figure it all out, but I believe Tom is well aware.
