None of that is fact its all theory.

The Debentures were UNSECURED, ie Zero asset support, according to the Trust 2001 docs so AZ's claim about the Cap Trust is just that, an unproven claim.

The same applies to the COOP narrative and with each passing day with zero announcement of any action from COOP or its Bod that angle is closing fast also.

Thats why he came up with the $50/60 day bs excuse which was a transparent attempt at buying more time.

As for the WMILT go read SplitT's posts...he paid $20 and found out the LT still exists as a DST Trust so again I ask is Split or the DE SOS lying?

This is supposesly why the PLR approved an extension so the DST could take advantage of the LT's former tax status.

If you still dont get it I really cant do anymore on that.
