I am in NY or I would drive by the pit. Would be great if we could get some eyes on the site. Also need to know that the money is going to PBLS. I would bet that PBLS makes a deal with Furr to redo the lease on the pit. PBLS has the contracts and Furr/Mitchell have the pit. Sometimes you don't want to be in business with someone but if the situation works then you find a way to live with it.
