company buys at bid. price goes down. Its why buy back news is only good for a pop then the stock tends to trend lower.

There is a SEC rule on buybacks and MM participation.

I figured there was someting I was missing. Is there some kind of restriction of how many shares can be bought back a one time? I mean, if they were to make the 150M share purchase at one time. I admit this is my weakest part..Can it not be filled at one time?
